OVERPRICED! Owner was kind, SO 1+, but c mon 32€ for this? I dont Think SO. 15€ /20 in season is max. no bags inside rooms and no meals. For 3 bucks choose another option if you have. For normal price i would give 4/5

I came from Brazil to do the Camiño de Santiago with my boyfriend and I need to say I’m chocked with the treatment they give to us. For a place that is called “Albergue de peregrinos”, I expected a minimum respect for the pilgrims who walk for too long and don’t ask more than a place for resting. Should be called “albergue de diñeros”. I prefer to sleep outside in the grass than come back to be treated as shit.
My husband and I can tolerate high prices, but what we can’t accept is poor attitude. Pilgrims come from all over the world, yet what they often receive here is terrible customer service—as if we owe them something. The attitude is unacceptable. This albergue is run more like a military camp, where empathy and compassion are pushed aside, and the focus is only on squeezing money from pilgrims. For what it’s worth, this is not the only albergue in Getaria.
Luxury albergue 😆 Big bunk beds with curtain, service to wash clothes, by hand with provided washing powder (free) or washing machine (paid). And free small drier. Clothes drying line outside with roof above. Can buy beer and water for good price. Clean bathrooms.
25€ for a bed, shower and a sink where to wash your clothes in the camino norte is a robbery. There is no breakfast included, there is no kitchen but you have to stop somewhere and this is taking advantage of tired pilgrims in a very tourist area.
