Sleeping bunks are great with power and privacy. Place is very peaceful even though it's in the heart of the busy city. Kitchen has what you need. Laundry is easy. Things run efficiently and staff are very very kind. Great stay.

Small-ish but well run and well-equipped hostel, with a very friendly and helpful manager. Right on the Camino route, with lots of eating places nearby. I found my bunker cubicle a little hot at first, but eventually it seemed to cool down.

The gentleman who runs this hostel is great. They have everything you will need. It's quiet and like home. Plenty of space to rest and hot showers and laundry. It's only a 15 minute drive to the airport and the cost is 20e . I would highly recommend this place to stay before you go to St Jean also make sure to get your bus ticket as soon as you can at the bus terminal otherwise it's 150e for a taxi.

I was quite happy with this as a hostel as a pilgrim on the camino. Clean, organized, lots of amenities: quiet, kitchen, laundry, common room, and dining area. Location in a good area for reaching places to see. The capsule like bunks had blinders to block out almost all of the light. The gap on the top bunk allows for a bit of air flow, but it could be a bit stuffy if the blinders are all the way down. The room had decent air flow which makes the room cool for so many in the room. It felt like each room had a good amount of sound insulation so my neighbors snoring didn’t bother me.

Casa Ibarrola was great, Eduardo, the host that greeted me was super friendly and gave me directions on where to eat and how to find it. The pods are comfortable and from what I could tell the lines are done daily. As with any shared space you will hear people scrambling around but if you bring earplugs you should be fine. The showers were ok but I expected any less for a place that sees many people a week bring sandals to shower. I would stay here again
