We purchased a package that included dinner, room, and wine tasting. The room was great, dinner was just fine, and breakfast as expected. The problem was the wine tasting. EcoCamp does a great job telling you that transportation to and from the winery is not included...for a good reason. The winery was about an hour away. Failure to disclose important facts is not a good business practice.
We accidentally booked the wrong dates, which caused a very stressful situation for us. The receptionist handled everything with incredible kindness and professionalism. He went far beyond his responsibilities to help us find another place and even drove us there to make sure we were settled. When we tried to offer a small thank you, he kindly refused. We are truly grateful for his generosity and support. He turned a difficult moment into a positive memory for us. We will carry the kindness he showed us on our journey and pass it on to others along the way. Thank you so much.
Perfect stay after long Camino Walk. The place is serene and beautiful, clean, modern, bright throughout. Service is great too.
This place was incredible. We made reservations very last minute when our albergue on the Camino Primitivo was terrible. The staff was very helpful, the room was BEAUTIFUL, the surroundings were peaceful, the price was great, and the breakfast they delivered on our doorstep was incredible. That’s pretty much all that needs to be said.
