Good price for a perfectly located room. It has everything you need. Unfortunately, for me it was really difficult to sleep because of the noise in the streets of people partying until 4am and cleaning staff being loud in the morning while setting other rooms. People at the reception are nice. Also: no AC and no elevator (not a big problem for me as it wasn’t hot in mid June)
Conveniently located in the center. Friendly staff. Everything very clean. A restaurant is included - very handy.
Worst experience of our live… we arrived at 18h30 on a Friday with a reservation with booking, already paid, and they just told us that was impossible to have us there so they would put us in another hostal nearby… the other hostal was totally different from the one that we booked… they never contacted us in advance and they never gave us the chance to give us the money back so we could find another place to stay, that we liked… I have worked in an international hotel group and I think I traveled quite a lot and honestly I’ve never saw or heard anything like that… it is totally unacceptable!!!
Ideal for what we wanted. Very clean, cleaned and refreshed every day. Small but functional bath/shower and toilet. I would recommend this hostel if you just want a base as it is very central to the old city.
Awful service, I booked a room and payed for it through Booking, but when I arrived they gave my room to another person. They didn’t say sorry, and when I asked for my money back the owner was extremely rude instead of giving me any solutions.
