Hotel Camino Real

2 star hotel at best. Rooms are dingy, mold in shower and air conditioning was poor. Most staff unfriendly and did not seem happy to have a pilgrim. I would pass on this hotel.

A long walk to any restaurant or bar that’s open, along a main road with no pavement. Man on the front desk was surly. Rooms are ok- clean, but water pressure is low. Good parking under cover round the back.

The staff was very friendly, the room beautiful and comfortable. We didn't eat in the restaurant but the breakfast was simple but good with fresh orange juice. The location is a close distance to Leon by car. We would stay again when in the area.

Very good service, nice looks, great food. It's home to a restaurant, a hotel, and a bar. As a restaurant it's quite better than I expect out of a 3-star one, and the bar has awesome tapas, great for both having a snack and attending a big dinner. I haven't had a chance to try the rooms myself. As a side note, there's a big parking with several lots reseved for disabled people, it has an access ramp, and there's also an outside tent for events suited when the weather is willing to help, something to take into consideration. One downside is that online resources are scarce, we were told the menu wasn't available online, so booking had to be made at the desk.

Really bad experience about food. Told us food not available until 8:30, opened cafateria at 5:00pm.
