I liked the couple who owned/ran the place. Very accommodating. He ran me down to local eating place. The problem I had was I arrived after walking 6 hours in the rain. I was soaked through and dripping wet. I was shown through to my bedroom and the floor had been recently washed showing a sheen of water but in some places it was a thick film - and the heating was not turned on. Beside the bed was a fly swat and on the walls was evidence of serious battles. At night I used my liner and used a buff to cover most of my head. Should also have used gloves as still have the results of 3 mosquito stings on my hands. I want to be supportive of such nice people but I cannot give them 5.
Terrible room! Infested with bedbugs. Full of mosquitoes. Swimming pool… don’t get me started! The bathroom was dirty with bird poo. Room stinks DO NOT STAY HERE!
Exelent service and place to have a rest after a long walk on the way.
La pasamos genial. No encontrabamos donde dormir y el tio Benito nos recogio y llevo a la pension. Great experience! Room with toilet with a good price. We didn't find a place to stay a d Benito helped us. Thanks for that!
I cannot say enough good things about Josebenito and his place. We got there, exhausted, called the number posted, and he came right away. We ended up having the whole place to ourselves. Josebenito was so accommodating, he even took a pizza order over to the restaurant across the street for us. We ate on the beautiful terraza and did laundry. The next day, we continued on El Camino but later discovered my wife had left her iPad there. We contacted Josebenito and he drove it to Santiago for us! They say that El Camino will take care of those who travel on it. Josebenito is proof of that. Muchas Gracias!
