Such a lovely place and wonderful stay! After walking a long day on the Camino, it was so nice to be greeted by a friendly and helpful person! She gave us everything we needed and explained a few things about the area. The hotel itself is lovingly restored with vintage touches. You can tell that the staff treat each other like family and get along well. Many of them do several jobs! Everything was super clean and comfortable!! Also a good location.. easy to find just a block off the main street so it was nice and quick. Now about the restaurant… THE best dinner we had in Spain! And we were her for about a month!! The service, ambience and food all were top notch! Definitely an inspired chef and team. The cheesecake was DELICIOUS.. like none other.. you won’t be disappointed if you stay and eat here!
Adrian is more than a hotel owner, he is passionate about his guests having the ultimate experience. The decor and details of the hotel are a welcome breath of fresh air. The lovely wine cheese and olives were exactly what we needed. Thank you for an incredible experience providing an oasis on the El Camino! And all suggestions to make the remainder of our journey better were spot on! We hope to see you again!
Adrian and his team go above and beyond to provide an amazing stay in their hotels, delicious meals in their restaurants and to ensure a wonderful Camino experience. We received so many amazing recommendations and support to make it all happen. Thank you Adrian, Ramón and the whole team for everything you do I will send all my friends to this team!
This is the quintessential luxury treat along the Camino de Santiago. This hotel is beautiful, it is comfortable and so welcoming. Firstly the location is unbeatable. Tucked away a street from the main square, whilst providing the necessary quietness for a weary traveller. Comfort also is exactly what the bed and linen provides. Now whilst the rooms are small, it is beautifully furnished and meticulously clean. I do have one gripe, which is the lack of shelving in the shower to put soap, shampoo, etc on. As for the staff, friendly, welcoming and wonderfully attentive. Finally, if you have the chance to have dinner in the meals room on the third floor, do so as the quality and taste of the food is amazing.
We loved our visit. Spectacular space, amazing food and best advice on managing the Camino including incredible post-finish field trip to finnesterre. This was our number one stop on the Camino BY FAR!!!
