Hotel is well located. Friendly personnel attending your queries. However, I give them one star. Simple reason, sleeping in summer in a room where the AC does not go below 26.5 centigrades is not comfortable at all. Room window above the kitchen so not possible to leave open due to the food smell. Hotel staff checked the AC and they said that is the minimum temperature can be reached. Terrible night sweating.Hence, one star.
Great place to stay if you want somewhere one up from normal on the Camino...not that expensive either and comes with a solid breakfast
We stayed 2 nights for a break from our pilgramage to Santiago. The beds are comfortable and the rooms quiet at night. Everything was clean and the front desk concierge all very helpful answering questions and fulfilling our needs. Breakfast for €10 includes toast, hams, scrambled eggs, cereal, sweets, juices, and of course, coffee. Just delightful and worth every penny. Thanks for a lovely stay!
Well situated, clean and pleasant but unfortunately the room was quite cold. Things got awkward when I told reception that I couldn't manage to increase the temperature. The thermostat only seemed to turn the fan on. They insisted several times it was working. Eventually they acknowledged that no individual room could control its own heat. It's absurd to put digital thermostats in each room that lead you to believe otherwise.
Food was poor and service in restaurant was terrible. Ended up going into the bar to fetch our own drinks
