The kitchen felt like a blessing after long days on the trail: warm, fully stocked, ready to be lived in. I cooked one of my favorite meals there — a simple vegetable risotto with local peppers, fresh zucchini, a splash of white wine, and warm village bread. The little grocery nearby, run by a kind woman with the most beautiful produce, made it easy to cook with joy. The bedrooms are small but peaceful, and the owner’s kindness fills every corner. It’s the kind of place that reminds you why the Camino feels sacred — where a meal, a smile, and a quiet night can feel like grace itself.
I absolutely loved staying at Casa Batit! Carmen is amazing and is extremely helpful with anything you may need. The house is warm and wonderful and is a joy to just relax in. Everything is clean and orderly and the place is well appointed. I definitely did not want to leave! If I could give 10 stars I would!
Carmen is an amazing host. She recommended several things and, especially with the snow, kept us informed about the storm conditions. Well-connected and comfortable. We'll be back.

A wonderful rural house, typical of the area and from the period. We stayed a couple of nights in a double room with a bathroom. Large common areas and a fully equipped kitchen. Everything was very clean. Carmen is charming and recommended several places to visit. Good value.
