4 / 5 The dorms have a genius layout, allowing much more privacy than any other dorm on the Camino so far. There are chargers, shelves, and a useful light. It’s quiet, thanks to this layout. There are comfortable bathrooms on every floor. There’s an affordable dryer. Common areas are very well organized, spacious and clean.
The kitchen doesn’t have stoves and seriously lacks cutlery. The showers are not warm. And my mattress was… well, uncomfortable: uneven and rough. Payment is only accepted by cash, unfortunately.
4 / 5 Clean and organized space. Toilet was good too, just the ladder to the top bunk bed was a nightmare.
I think it’s still new, hence no fridge or cooking area (no utensils) only microwave and a few plate ware. No kitchen, no fridge and not even the cutlery yet.
Perhaps everyone donate one of each item in each visit?
5 / 5 Great place to stay in Burgos as a Pilgrim on the way to Santiago de Compostela! Really cheap, great facilities, basic equipped kitchen, amazing location!
3 / 5 I stayed here April 2024. I would not stay again. Make you wait until 3. Long line, Elderly , very slow man , Yes only one for 30 tired. Dirty pilgrims. Took over an hour to get bunk, very clean , noisy at night . Great clean showers, no breakfast. Keep. looking another 2 kilometers past the huge awesome park.. Buen Camino.
1 / 5 I feel disappointed and upset as by being late with 20 min. of the check out time I was shouted on and kicked out of the hostel aggressively by the older man with grey long hair. I asked beforehands if I can stay for 2nd night and even though this is posible this man rejected the request. Lack of Camino values and emotional intelligence and all.
