Loved this apartment in the heart of Burgos. It is so close to the Plaza Mayor, shops, the Cathedral, the espolón, etc. The apartment itself is clean, has great bathrooms and lots of sleeping space. I think we slept 14 people comfortably. Washer and dryer, 3 bathrooms. Secure building with a great pastry shop right across the street.
This was abselutely terrible. I asked for early check in , they wouldnt awnser any phone for over 45 min leaving me in the street. Once i got in , another 30 min to find which room I was in , finally , they cancelled my reservation when I was already in the room to try to either get me to pay in cash or pay for a more expensive room without being able to get it via the application. Extremely disorganized. Not worth it!

Beware!!!! I just booked an apartment and they haven't sent me the booking details. I told them I wanted to cancel because it doesn't seem reliable at all, and they said they'd look into it this afternoon as they're currently busy. Their website doesn't have a booking locator to cancel or see the details, and I haven't received the email either. The payment appears to be under another company's name, so it's impossible to cancel, and they keep giving me the runaround on the phone. I hope I'm wrong and that the deposit will be refunded today according to their cancellation policy. I'll keep you posted. Well, as I said, today they told me they won't refund my money. We'll see tomorrow. Be careful paying in advance; the best way to avoid scams is to pay at the accommodation. This is teaching me a lesson.
We rented an apartment and on the same day they moved us to another one, upgrading from one bedroom to two at no extra charge. The new one was at 8 Paloma Street, which is very central but also busier than the original address. The cleaning was fine and the apartment was well-equipped, but there were several problems that, although they were resolved quickly because they respond to WhatsApp messages quite fast, I didn't find the service very professional. 1- We requested a crib, and although we reminded them that morning, it wasn't there when we arrived, and we had to ask for it again. 2- They didn't provide blankets; we had to ask for them. 3- We were locked inside because after locking the door, we couldn't get back in until someone let us in from the outside. 4- They came to clean the day before we left.
