It is not 4 star for sure. Walls need paining in the room. Hotel completely old fashioned. Garage is the worst I’ve ever seen. Pity. It’s a good location and reasonably priced. But the hotel chains have completely surpassed this kind of hotel today. Would not recommend.
The room was quite battered though the bathroom was fresh and well equiped. The breakfast was excellent.
On the outskirts, and worse, the rooms are nothing like the pictures. This is false advertisement, the rooms are rusty/ stained/ ripped curtains/ dirty/ rusty. Awful.
it was great overall, charming and caring staff specially the bartender and the receptionist, location was great, many restaurants nearby and breathtaking views. Only thing i disliked was the smell coming out of the bathroom, it stunk and was complicated to even take a shower but eventually it went away. Will surely come back as we had a great time.
Overnight stay on way to Santander ferry to U.K. Underground parking available. Room and shower adequate but air con not very efficient. There was no white wine available in the Restaurant with dinner. However our waiter named Brian was very pleasant.
