Very helpful polite staff. Storage room for my bike(I am doing the Camino) but the combination lock i for the storage room s problematic for me,right numbers but it still won't open My room was modern clean ,air-conditioned and best of all the bed was so comfortable. The bathroom was clean and the shower great. The price was value compared to the last place I stayed. Great location to everywhere especially the Museum Evolution of man.
Check-in was smooth at the machine, and rooms were good and comfortable. Location is walking distance to major attractions.
Check in was simple if a little impersonal. (An ATM like machine.. but it was fast and easy) rooms are small but cosy and functional. Overall very good for the price.
Auto check in system is confusing, time consuming and impractical. Room 301 is tiny but clean and draino is needed for the washbasin 😊
Excellent, clean and comfortable accommodation with very polite and hospitable people. Very good location for first time visitors close to the Cathedral and the central bus station. Most importantly close to the Museum of Human Evolution. Strongly recommended!
