When we reached the room, the room door had opened widely so we kind of wondered why the door had opened. The waitress at the restaurant is very rude, we asked for a hot water and she shown an unhappy face and grumble silently. After that, she even shown a very bad attitude by throwing the kettle on our table. Please be careful when eating at their restaurant, if the waitress happens to have bad mood she can easily throw a tantrum on her customer.
City central hotel, regular bedrooms with good size bathrooms, not many services but they do offer breakfast. Wonderful staff like Brenda at the front desk a very sweet and helpful girl.
The location of the hotel is honestly great for sightseeing and enjoying dinning out of the hotel, many options for whatever you’re in the mood for. The rooms were very spacious including then shower which was really pleasant. 10/10 just for having a bidet. Sadly the curtains were really thin so in the summer the sun becomes a bit of the bother in the early morning. There was construction work going on so having someone out the window at 9 am giving us a jumpscare was not on Burgo’s bingo card. The lady from the reception was very attentive and recommended some cool spots to visit. Breakfast is not included. Minibar electricity was off so I wouldn’t take anything from it. Overall a pleasant stay, but damn the construction work.
The price quality of this hotel is outstanding. We paid almost nothing and got so much in return. I know it was in low season, but still was amazing. I really liked the city and hope to be back again soon. The room was really clean, the reception was nice and the staff was very accommodating and with a great service. They were always polite and greeting us every time we left or enter the property. I really liked it
Room tiny with poor noise insulation from neighbouring rooms. No towels and dirty bedding. Lovely staff member came and provided fresh bedding. Worn out and dirty rooms. One to avoid
