Very cozy hotel in the center of Burgos. They accept dogs and there is a very good and tasty bakery in the corner for the breakfast. Service receptionist is very helpful for anything you may need.
Very clean and great location! Very nice and helpful staff !!! Comfortable and safe area. Unfortunately the luggage transfer companies cannot pick up luggage at this location because they don’t have a receptionist unit 12 noon. Overall good experience. Thank you !
Viajamos en época de Navidad y escogimos un apartamento. Impecable! Con unos detalles y decoración precioso. Muy céntrico y con parkings bastante asequibles cercanos (si tienes suerte, puedes aparcar en zona azul). Cocina completisima con todo tipo de menaje y vajilla. Sala de estar super acogedora. Un baño grandisimo con bañera y la habitación doble preciosa y muy cómoda. Entras por la puerta y parece que estes "en casa". Lástima que solo estabamos de paso para llegar a Galícia. Pero lo guardo como principal alojamiento para cuando volvamos. Muchas gracias!
They are completely unprofessional. We rented two rooms for work. When we arrived at the hotel to sleep, one of the keys didn't work, and we couldn't get into one of the rooms. The reception was completely closed, and there was no way to access it whatsoever; no emergency phone number was available. We went to the hotel's website to find a phone number, which we called and sent WhatsApp messages to, but we didn't get a single response. We had to sleep in a single room. When we woke up at 9:00 a.m., we found a key on the outside of the room that opened the room that had malfunctioned. It could have been used by anyone, and all our photography equipment could have been stolen. We waited at the hotel until after 12:00 p.m. to see if anyone would have the decency to come and offer us a solution, but no one showed up. When we called today to complain, they told us that the only thing they could do was give us a voucher to use a room within the next three months, but only from Monday to Friday (our reservation was for a Saturday). When we told them that wasn't helpful since we weren't going back to Burgos, they offered no other solution. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone, and I hope they change their ways at some point because otherwise, they're going to be in serious trouble. There are plenty of other hotels to choose from; why waste time in places like this?
The hotel is superbly located, right next to the historic center (10-minute walk to the cathedral) and in a quiet area with metered parking. The hotel is new, clean, and the room is spacious and well-maintained. The bed was very comfortable, and the heating was on when we arrived. We'll definitely be back!
