I had a great stay at this hotel! Andrea at Reception was especially helpful — her excellent customer service and professional attitude truly stood out. She was friendly, bubbly, and made me feel very comfortable throughout my stay. Her warm and welcoming approach really enhanced my experience. Highly recommend!

Ask to swap rooms if you are offered room 201, the mattress is lumpy. Massive disappointment after 10 nights in hostels and albergue on the Camino.

The hotel was not far from the Camino, the river route, not the main Camino. For the price, the room was good value. Clean, fresh linen and towels. The location was excellent, close to the centre of Burgos, bars, restaurants and attractions only 10 minutes walk. On reception was Rafael, very helpful, and a sense of humour. Close to the bus station.

Hotel was fine. Close to city Central. Left the note on door handel to clean room as you do in hotels. Came back , the "cleaners" didn't sweep the floor. They didn't remove any rubbish like sweet papers , bottles ect. They didn't remove the 5 glasses I had drank from. They didn't put new bed sheets on the bed. They put the same sheets on the bed. Sweet Jesus is this a Spanish thing? Seriously who hired these people??????? I'd fire them. Lazy

The architecture of the hotel is modern and interesting. The rooms are clean and the bed comfortable. In addition it´s quite close to the city centre and the Human Evolution Museum. The service is good and the waiters are helpful. On the other hand the breakfast isn´t that good. It lacks variety and utensils to server yourself (we had to use our forks to put the food on our plates and for the omelet it wasn’t that comfortable). Although our room was spacious it lacked a bathroom door and the shower and the toilet were at the same small quarter divided from the sink by a mere glass sliding door. So there is zero privacy. That was probably only in the rooms at the end of the halls so if you don´t want to share too much with your roommate just ask for a room with a bathroom door. We also reserved our dinner there but it wasn´t worth it, the food was just ok. I’d recommend it for just one or two nights.
