My husband and I stayed here on the 1st May while doing the Camino De Santiago The hotel was very well situated for the centre of town and close to the Cathedral The staff were very professional. Breakfast was great with plenty of choice. Room was nice and we had a bath. We enjoyed our stay.
Weak wifi. Weak air conditioning. Bedbugs. Expensive misery. Our complaints were not taken seriously. The receptionist said the WiFi was free so it does not have to be good. The final bill had errors and they failed to give us the correct ticket to exit the parking.
Stayed here for three days as a rest stop during my camino. Conveniently located near the major sights -- either walking distance (Cathedral, Monasterio de San Juan, etc.) or a short taxi ride away (Cartuja de Santa Maria de Miraflores and Monasterio de Santa Maria la Real de las Huelgas). The service provided was exceptional. My room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. Wifi connection was fast and stable. Breakfast was delicious and the choices were varied. It was quiet even if situated beside the street.
Nice 3 star hotel. Rooms on the small side, but clean & tidy. Parking is public and is a 10 minute walk. By using the hotel you save 4 euros.
Perfect location, right in town. Quiet and comfortable rooms, pretty basic but clean comfortable and friendly. For the price, great value.
