I give one star because I can give none. I got there for one night break I'm in so much pain due to procedure and I needed time alone , not only they didn't meet any expectations that I didn't sleep they have a fridge that made awful noise every 10 minutes , the hair dryer wasn't working. I asked for a double bed and the receptionist told me to two twin bed together. When I woke up after sleeping maximum 3hours all around I've called receptionist to bring me some food so I could have my medication. For over 45 minutes no-one pick up the phone. The only thing was thinking what if I have an emergency?? When I went down to reception. Asked for the manager and the receptionist lie to me saying that she wasn't here ..When I explained what happened she then called the manager .the manager was an arrogant woman with a fake smile telling me that it was my fault and that she doesn't have any RESPONSIBILITY for any one of people that are in that hotel ?? I was shocked. We are just paying human for them that is all .no apologies whatsoever, no even addressing that they made a mistake .this is first time in my life that someone treated me so badly to the point that I felt bullied . I think is unacceptable and extremely sad and disappointed.
Tiny room. Could hardly go around the bed. Small shower. Not appropriate for big people like me. Not soundproof, had to listen to people doing their thing late at night, thank god kids were fast asleep. Reservation was made with breakfast and carpark. After arriving, I had neither. I was told Breakfast service was canceled for some reason and carpark was full.
This hotel is a little gem. The room I stayed in was a basic twin with a shower room, not a small shower either. Hair dryer ladies, always a plus point. The staff I dealt with were pleasant, friendly always a smile too. Would I recommend this hotel???? Damn right I would every day and twice on a Sunday, I will be back, Burgos Cathedral is a good half hour walk but worth it.
The room was dirty with dust and fluff, the freezer was under the working table, at night the heating is turn off, therefore for me was freezing and needed to wake up to put a blanket, that was also not enough. The breakfast is miserable, the bowl's for the cereals were dirty and then the staff instead of change for a clean one they washed those ones, with this it took a long time. The guests at the breakfast were also claiming that the toast bread falls on the table instead of a plate or platter. This is very simple, do not go to this hotel neither restaurant.
Perfect service and very nice room with a private terrass. We had a very delicious dinner and a bottle of vino tinto. This place exceeded my expectations in many ways. Dog friendly, easy parking, nice bar and restaurant. Only downside was a very simple breakfast. With better breakfast i'd give 5stars. Now i give 4,5 stars. Good job Los Braseros. I hope to stay again.🤗
