4 / 5 I was on business trip and required a Hotel, just for a overnight stay. The Hotel is centrally located, 10min walk to Downtown Burgos. (which is a lovely little old town). You can book a parking for 11Euro per night, which is ok. I parked outside, there are plenty spots for little money available. The room was definately fine, clean, Internet was quick & easy to connect, the bathroom also clean and with a bathtub. My room came with a window inside, which was not of interest. There is basically noise, when people communiting from there rooms, which may disturb some guest. The breakfast, Spanish like, ok, for a German average. The scrambeld eggs and the hot served dishes should come warm. Overall ok, I eventually wouldnt book it again, as Coffee and a Sandwich is available on almost any corner in Spain. Overall, the stay was ok, price - value a bit under my expectations.
I would stay again.
1 / 5 Avoid this HOTEL ! Walls and floors are wood; gonna hear all noises, footsteps, phones, everything. Also, no climate control. Room was too hot. Sleep with open windows with noise from street in a 4 star hotel. Positive; confy bed, nice staff....
4 / 5 June 1-3, 2025. Quiet rooms with excellent A/C and blackout blinds. Full bath includes a tub. Beds are comfortable and room was spacious and nicely decorated. One of the best sleeps I’ve had since starting the Camino. Breakfast buffet was good. Restaurant wasn’t open during our stay so can’t comment. Staff are friendly.
1 / 5 Terrible experience. The hotel was a complete disaster – poor service, dirty rooms, and overall far below expectations. A loud school group was running around all night, knocking on my door and making it impossible to sleep. I suggested compensation due to the unacceptable conditions, but they only replied with a generic “thank you for your feedback” and offered nothing. The parking is also a joke – 8 minutes away on foot and very inconvenient. Absolutely not recommended. Avoid this place!
3 / 5 The hotel is clean but the building is quite old. The location is ok but not so close to the old town which is the the best part of the city. We were looking for restaurants and shops where yo buy free gluten products but none in the hotel reality helped us on that. We expected more in terms if services and facilities from a 4 stars hotel
