Comfortable rooms, sound-proofed and all the things you might need (toiletries). Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking handy right under the hotel. Breakfast was good, typical selection you find in most hotels nowadays. Very good location! I would stay here again if I came back to Burgos.

Very expensive for what it is. The price was ridiculous for a very basic room. Unfortunately we could not avoid it as it was booked as part of a family event. The stars are because it was very clean and the breakfast was great. Not returning to this one.

Be aware of the parking! If you don’t have a small car and don’t know how to manage super narrow spaces, go somewhere else. Additionally, they charge 17€ per day and they don’t tell you about until you check out. Rooms are small but updated. You can also hear everything around you, so not great for resting

Greetings from Oman 🇴🇲 I stayed from 20 April till 26 April, excellent location , excellent staff, excellent treatment, nice rooms and morning breakfast. I didn’t explore all rooms type availability, i had standard room and was convenient and nice. Cety center around your location with beautiful area to walk through and nice coffee shops to relax in. The people in Burgos are amazing, social and so much friendly and helpful. Surely my next visit i will choose this hotel again. Special thanks to the teams at the reception, restaurant. Housekeeping for looking after your guests and your beautiful attitude and assistance.

Very bad experience at the front desk with a rude employee that completely forgot the concept of customer service. No managers available to talk to either. The second point explaining the first...
