This is a hotel that I would not recommend. I stayed at this hotel for a weekend in January 2026 in order to visit Burgos. I chose this hotel for its location, the fact that it is recent, and because it has a good rating on Google. Unfortunately, apart from its location, my stay was very disappointing. On the first night, we were assigned a room facing the street. The room was poorly insulated, which meant we could hear all the street noise as well as noise from neighboring rooms, not to mention the cold. The bed was on wheels, so it moved when we sat on it. The sink was cracked and had been crudely glued back together. The shower did not close properly (seal issues), causing water to spill all over the bathroom. We asked to change rooms and were given a room facing the inner courtyard. It was better in terms of temperature; however, we could still hear noise from neighboring rooms. Here again, the finishes were disappointing: a bench in the room that was unstable and coming away from the wall, hand gel holders in the bathroom that were coming loose, patched-up tiles in the bathroom and spotlights whose trims were poorly fixed, a telephone in the room that did not work, and worst of all, a very poorly cleaned room (we found a paracetamol wrapper on the floor, as well as a purple feather and hair). For a recent hotel, it gives the impression that the owners invested in low-cost materials and pay little attention to maintenance.

A hotel that is extremely racist toward Asians. It’s my first time checking into a hotel where a passport is required — and to make it worse, this was a group check-in of 60 people, with each person being required to fill out a form containing personal information such as home address, email, and phone number. But when I noticed other guests with white skin, the receptionist didn’t apply the same check-in procedure to them. In addition, they confiscated our passports for the entire duration of our stay, even though a passport is a valuable form of identification for any global traveler when staying in another country. If you are not white, please find another hotel cz what happened to me might happen to you.

Excellent hotel. Lovely bedroom etc, nice and quiet at night. Location just off centre. Breakfast €17 is worth the extra, good choice of food. Enjoyable experience

Only a one night stop over, but we were upgraded to a superior room. The receptionist was so friendly and helpful.

This was an overnight stay while driving around northern Spain. Check-in was quick and easy. There’s a set down area near the hotel’s front entrance. As it was a quick stop for us, we only booked a basic room. Clean and comfortable. While some might find the room size a bit tight initially, if you open your luggage and slide the bags under the bed you can easily move around the room. Our room faced the internal courtyard. While the window could be opened, there wasn’t really a lot of fresh air moving through the room. Also, despite changing settings on the air-con system there was little to no meaningful effect. There is parking under the hotel. The entrance is just to the left of the hotel entrance. Please be warned that access is very tight!! Our rental car was a late model Citroen C4 (a medium sized SUV). Even with all the warning sounds and reverse camera, it still took a while to park the vehicle. If you take care, you’ll be fine. Breakfast was varied and of good quality. The hotel is situated about 10-15mins level walk to the sights of the old town.
