Stayed here during winter, a cozy, quiet and affordable place. Wasn't allowed to open the window as it interrupted with the heating, the bathroom is shared, overall the place is very clean and even have a TV. Suitable for solo trips.
Good hostel para peregrinos, pleasant decoration, clean rooms. Nice staff, great location in the city center and value for money. ➖ room too small Camino de Santiago (15-16 apr - day 12 ) Visited in April 2025
The owner was nice but the bed and the pillow in the room were very uncomfortable. The heater in the room was so slow that it didn’t even make the room warmer. The bathrooms were shared and some people left it dirty so it was weird to use them. Would recommend more cleanliness.
Fantastic owner, great value clean and comfortable. To move up from an albergue to a pension is not a great leap in price if there are two of you. Lots to like about communal sleeping in albergues but it is good to have some privacy without breaking the bank. The owner let us drop our bags as we arrived before 2pm and that let us do a menu del dia at Los herreros before coming back. Central without too much noise!
Very helpful owner, nice rooms, bathrooms were fine but could have been slightly cleaner and nowhere to hang the shower. Good value - price was very cheap. Well worth it
