Everything was very clean, and the staff were very attentive. The ease with which guests could adapt to their needs upon arrival was appreciated.
Located in the old town of Estella-Lizarra, in an older building, this first-floor apartment, accessible by interior steps, comprises an entrance hall, two bedrooms, an open-plan living room and kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. The renovation, done in a "Swedish" style, appears recent and rushed, with some unfinished details (the old extractor fan vent pipe leaks cold air and water). It's well-equipped (washing machine), the beds are comfortable, but the sofa is less so. Overall, it's clean, as everything is practically new, but we had a bad experience, which I assume was a one-off: dirty items (dishes, toaster, toilet seat cover, etc.) were found, presumably due to the rush. (We had to wait an hour because the apartment wasn't ready, despite having given them plenty of notice of our arrival time). The owners' responsiveness to the problems was appreciated.
Very good facilities, although the boiler failed.
