The apartments are meticulously maintained, spotlessly clean, and the location is excellent, but the best part is the hospitality of Ines and her husband; they are wonderful. She is always attentive to anything you might need or anything she can help with. If we return to the area, we will definitely stay here again. In the photos, you can see the welcome gift in each room and the complimentary breakfast.
We spent a few days as a family and the apartment far exceeded our expectations. It was very well maintained, clean, and comfortable. There were many thoughtful touches, and best of all, without a doubt, was the warm and friendly service from the owners, who were always available and attentive. We're planning to return to Estella and stay here again.
Unbeatable value for money. The owner is a wonderful host. We did miss having a bottle of water in the fridge when we arrived, as it was 42 degrees Celsius outside. There's a supermarket right downstairs in the historic center. Highly, highly recommended!
As an apartment, it's not bad at all. The amenities are basic but match the description on Booking.com. However, the location is in the city's historic center, which apparently is a nightlife area... Here I am writing this review at four in the morning, still wide awake. I find it quite surprising that no one has mentioned this in the comments. If you're a fan of late-night shouting and people urinating in the street corners, this is the apartment for you. It ruined our weekend, so our plans to visit the Urbasa mountain range will have to wait for another time...
