Deplorable level of service and poor attitude to customers. We called at midday during our hike on the Camino, inquiring about available beds - they had 2 beds available, but they asked for Credit Card details in case we would not show up. We took the time to provide that, and we relaxed that we now had a place to sleep. However, we were called after while and informed they had already occupied the bed by other travelers, so no beds. My suggestion is: get your info in order before confirming bed to customers - this is not professional. You can do better.
Beautiful apartment in a lovely quiet location only a stones throw from the centre of town. Really welcoming and super helpful
Great place to stay
With a 10 I fall short, because it is a place of 100,000. You rent one of the 3 rooms of the apartment, extremely new (as you see in the photos). Dining room and kitchen are common spaces to be used by guests. The apartment is very well located in the center of Estella. The owner is charming, always at your service to help. You will be better here than in any hotel, that's for sure!
This is the best accommodation during the pilgrimage. Equipped with air conditioning, hair dryer, and Netflix. Clean bed and bathroom. Professional owner. Reasonable price. If you stay at Estella, I highly recommend it.
