Positives Amazing hostel right next to the Cathedral. It had all we need: clean and modern interior, kitchen, fridge, free washing machine and dryer (!!!). Great bathroom. Only 12 beds, all modern and with a curtain giving you privacy. Reading lamp, socket, phone holder in every bed. Bed is comfy with real bedsheets. One of the best on the Camino! Negatives I can only mention few things: the bathroom can't be closed and after like 15 seconds the lights turn off which made minor issues as I had to keep open the shower door to activate the motion sensor and get light. Wifi is terrible however, barely works at all. Would be also nice to have a sello to the pilgrim credential.
Excellent Hostel. I don't understand these low ratings. The most comfortable and well-equipped hostel after 20 days of Camino. Free dryer and washing machine with detergent and fabric softener. Excellently equipped bathroom. Bed with excellent mattress and "real" bedding 🙂. Living room with comfortable sofas and TV. Location, 20 m from the cathedral in Leon. They are perfectly organized - you get instructions about the location and access PINs for the door and the drawer under the bed on WA a few hours before arrival. Definitely - 5 star Hostel!
This has to be the most comfortable albergue on the camino! Attention to details for everything you’d need. Nice kitchen too. The reception staff Rachel is super proactive and responsive. The location - it’s tugged on a quiet alley next to the Cathedral. Put it on your camino map.
Wunderbar hostel! Very good bed area. Modern, clean, well designed and realized rooms and furnitures. The personal from the management to cleaning services etc. are all doing really good work and have a smile on the lipps. Very helpful personal service!
It was a very good Hostel with curtains for the bed and right next to the Cathedral.
