A very good experience at this hotel. Miriam's attention from the moment we made the reservation was excellent, with a warm welcome and great recommendations. The hotel has a superb location. Everything was incredibly clean, the room was spacious, and the bathroom was spotless with brand new sheets and towels. The refrigerator and microwave were very helpful.
We went to León for the weekend with our dog. The room was perfect, clean, and the service towards us and our dog was excellent. They even gave our dog a little something extra and offered to lend us a food bowl, which, although we didn't need it, was very much appreciated. Thank you so much for your hospitality. Best regards.
The best thing is the location, seven minutes from the center. The rooms, quite good value for money. The downside: I found it a bit shabby that instead of a normal elevator, guests have to go up in a freight elevator (it's a freight elevator, to be exact), which moves very slowly and requires holding down the button for it to move. The card-operated door-opening system also leaves something to be desired, as it doesn't always work properly. These two things detract from what is otherwise a fairly decent hotel for its price.
The FC Catedral Aparthotel is just 5 minutes from the cathedral, in a perfect location for exploring León on foot. The staff was very friendly and attentive at all times. The apartment was spotless, very clean, and comfortable. They're also pet-friendly, and they were very kind to accommodate our pet, which was greatly appreciated. We'll definitely return on our next visit to León.
