A very spacious apartment, beautifully decorated and with nice views. Everything was spotless and the host was very kind and helpful. It’s important to contact the owner in advance and agree on the arrival time to avoid waiting outside, as check-in is coordinated personally. The location is excellent, right above a restaurant and next to the lively Plaza Mayor, but because the building and windows are old, street noise can be heard inside the rooms. I recommend bringing earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. Overall, a very pleasant stay — clean, comfortable and with a friendly host Cash only for payments and better exact amount.

Don't book - scammers. I booked with free cancellation. The hotel charged the money to my credit card long in advance. After I canceled within the deadline, the hotel did not refund the money. After a long back and forth, they informed me via email that I was right and that I was entitled to a refund. But they don't refund my credit card. I am waiting for 11 days now. Adición: Reservé con cancelación gratuita y usted reconoció que cancelé de manera oportuna.

The refund service in case of cancellation is very poor. The location is great, but I'm still waiting for a refund for the cancellation made on August 20th. Luckily, Booking.com did it for me, not them. I really can't recommend it.

Terrible facilities and service. We stayed at Santa Maria, and €100/night isn't worth it. Great location. Terrible insulation.

I booked with free cancellation because they weren't truthful in their Booking.com description and refused to refund my money. It took two months for Booking.com to refund us, and only after we filed three complaints. When we called the accommodation, they yelled at us that they weren't going to refund anything because we should never have canceled. Don't book here, they're thieves.
