Utter madness! Disaster! I feel like I was squeezed in a small box. Shower disintegrated upon first attempt to use it. No A/C, heavy unpleasant smell hits you as soon as you get in the lobby and lingers throughout; the room - a tiny cubicle has unfunctioning safe and no curtains whatsoever. Staff is friendly, bed sheets seem clean and location is convenient, but that’s all about the positives. Surprised to find my room door unlocked and wide-opened upon arrival. No fridge in the room, bathroom door wouldn’t close. Carpet in the hallways is likely from the previous century- stained and stinky. Oh boy, what standards do they have here for rating hotels?!

5 stars for a 3 stars hotel. As even if the building was quite old, the rooms were really clean and warm, and the staff was very friendly. Really impressed by the history knowledge of Michael, who was very friendly and gave us many useful information about the beautiful city of Leon. Thank you 🙏

Great hotel, considering the price. Central. Good size room. Bath tub. Quiet.

Great value, clean rooms. Sadly just a few peopls of the staff speaks English and the breakfast ca use a little more attention. No laundry service in the hotel, so be prepared.

It has seen better days! My room was small, the phone didn't work, the shutter didn't come down properly, and the bathtub was one of those half sized ones. None of this mattered much, but as it was a holiday they charged me 50 for the room for one person which was a bit expensive for what I got. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the staff were nice. Would have given it 4 stars but for the price.
