Stayed in a single room, which was small but modern, clean, comfortable, well furnished & fitted and with a great bathroom. It was exceptional value and could hardly be better located, being just a few metres from the cathedral. Definitely a great find.
Nice room with decent space. What makes this hostel worth staying in is the view on the cathedral. Our only complaint is that the room was smelling like cigarettes, probably because the previous people smoked in the room.
➕ Hostal Albany is ideally located, just few steps for the Cathedral. ➕ Super powerful hair dryer, fast drying. Excellent location on the pedestrian street with plenty of bars and restaurants. ➖ No refrigerator in the room. I highly recommend it! Camino de Santiago ( 21-22 apr - day 18 ) Visited April 2025
DO NOT STAY HERE!!! The hotel is horrible, I paid 85 euro for a tiny room, even though I was on the second floor away from the lobby there was INSANE noise coming from downstairs ALL night. At 1am I complained to the hotel staff, they did absolutely nothing and no apology, no attempt to make the situation better. The hotel is overpriced and terrible do not book here!
SO HOT! The rooms were deadly hot. The bathrooms were gross and kitchen had nothing in it for travelers. The location was good.
