Good location great staff
My family and I absolutely loved EVERYTHING. A very complete, modern, and well-equipped apartment, right in the heart of León... We were very happy and satisfied with our stay. The breakfast had everything (fruit, coffee, hot chocolate, milk, jams, pastries...). They took care of every detail. We ran into the cleaning staff a couple of times in the building entrance, and they were lovely and incredibly kind. We're already looking forward to returning to León next year to stay in this apartment again. Congratulations on taking such good care of your guests.
The hostel has a perfect location in the Barrio Húmedo (Wet Quarter), a tapas area, and is very clean, with a private bathroom, toiletries, and a hairdryer. Parking is difficult, as it's pedestrian access and next to the cathedral. We had to check in at another hostel a few meters away, which was a bit of a hassle; they only provide one key, but it does offer private access at any time. Excellent value for money; our room overlooked the tapas area and was very quiet. I would definitely stay again.
Everything was perfect: cleanliness, comfort, and everything in the apartment. The apartment had everything you need: utensils, food, hygiene and cleaning products, and more. Great location, well soundproofed, comfortable, and spacious. No complaints. And the owner was super attentive and friendly. We'll definitely be back.
The worst night of my life. We booked a room with a private bathroom, and when we arrived, we were told it was outside the room. The girl at reception told us that this was specified in the reservation, and the specification that appears on the reservation is: “Double room with private bathroom. (E).” If it had really been specified, we wouldn't have stayed there, but I guess that's just their cover. The hostel occupies the space of a residence, so it has a door separating the staircase from the other apartments. That door made a hell of a noise, which, combined with the noise from the room, bathroom, and the one coming in from the street (they also told us we couldn't hear anything from the room, so we could hear every conversation outside), made it impossible to sleep. I'm not a light sleeper, and even so, we decided to leave at 6:00 a.m. because the noise was already unbearable. In the bathroom, the hot water also took an incredibly long time to come out, and when it did, it wasn't particularly hot. Going to the bathroom like this is extremely uncomfortable; you don't know who you're sharing a room with, and you have to share even your privacy. The room was very ordinary. The mattress was very thin, the pillows were very flat, and there was no nightstand or light other than the ceiling light, making the stay even more uncomfortable. We stayed there because it had very good reviews and because the price was good for Easter, but the experience was terrible. For the same price, we stayed at a Eurostars hotel the next day, and it was unbelievable. On a positive note, the lady at reception was very friendly.
