This was by far one of the best Hostel experiences Ive had on my trip so far!! To start with the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, you can tell they work so hard to maintain a high standard in the hostel in regards to cleanliness. there are some great chill spots located throughout the building. Toilets and showers are modern, big and clean. Beds are comfortable, clean and big fan in room, plenty of storage. Not a party hostel so nice and quiet, very central. would 100% recommend! Well done!
We had a private room, and I have never seen more hairs in a room (and I travel a lot). There were even hairs on the toilet seat. I told the staff, and they invented excuses instead of admitting that room cleaning didn't clean properly. Next to a clothes rack, there was so much dirt that I am sure they hadn't cleaned this part of the room for many months. The reception should have reacted much more professionally. At least we got a new room, which had fewer hairs, but still wasn't clean enough for a European standard. If you enter a freshly cleaned room, there should be nothing on the floor. If you travel by car to the hostel, you can't drive there to drop off your luggage. So, in case you have a lot of luggage, you have to carry everything there. A good point about the hostel is that it isn't loud, and the location is great. The beds were comfortable.
Very good hostal, confortable beds, breakfast included I think they should have more bathrooms. Only 3 for girls and 2 showers and for men 2 bathrooms and 1 shower and there were many rooms and guests.
This is what all hostels should be! Comfy beds (and tall enough that you can sit upright on the bottom bunk!), a beautiful building with thoughtful shared areas (kitchen, terrace and living room with games and books), and wonderful staff. My bag was delivered to the wrong hotel, and Victoria at the front desk was kind enough to walk me to the hotel where it had been delivered and explain the situation so I could collect my bag, which was incredibly helpful since my Spanish is non-existent. I’ll definitely be back here for my next visit!
The rooms were pretty good, the hostel beautiful, the staff amazing. But as the hostel is surrounded by bars and nightclubs there are many spaniards drinking around that stays at the hostel making lots of noise eating other people food, looking for problems, as soon as you mentioned them that isn't their food or keep it quiet. I will say the hostel is great but not if you are looking for relax and quiet night.
