Hotel & Restaurante Infantas de León

Rooms are not much spacious however maintained to the expectations. Room illumination can be improved as felt low light for reading and art work. Limited items on breakfast. Location is good and walkable to the Cathedral. However, from hotel, views are not very good but that doesn't matter. People and staff are much cooperative and good.

Sat in the middle of Leon, this hotel was everything that we'd hoped. Price was reasonable and has parking on site. You have to pay for it but for ease, you can't go wrong. Situated close to the heart of the town, you can find great bars for tapas and enjoy looking around this historic place. We stopped off on our way to Viveiro and enjoyed a great nights sleep, great shower, friendly staff and a big hearty breakfast.

This hotel is a 2 minute walk to the León city center. It has an underground parking, which costs 13€ per day. If you have an electric car, there is a charging station, but no cable, so make sure to have your own. It also has a very nice breakfast service.

Great location. It has all you need included a little terrace with chairs and a coffee and restaurant. Bedroom is adequate. Nothing will wow you but nothing is disappointing either and you are only a short walk from the Cathedral. Staff at reception are friendly and helpful. There is a coffee shop inside also, food for a coffee or breakfast.

I wish i could give zero stars. Worst service ever. No one is able to help in english. Edit, as there is no answer option: Thanks for your answer, but that is not true. I asked if i can ask something in english and was asked to call again 10 min later as the person could not speak English. i did call back. But then they only hung up on me or rejected my calls. I tried to call 7 times in total.
