As a pilgrim walking the Camino de Santiago, this was a great place to just stop, rest, relax & reflect, with a lovely clean quiet room. It is just diagonally behind the Cathedral, & has a cafe downstairs, convenient to meet other pilgrims for breakfast or for a simple bite to eat before bed. I would stay here again.
Clean big rooms, great Spa. Staff in Hotel were fabulous. We had breakfast in the cafe it was great and good choice. Again the staff were fabulous. Located right beside the cathedral and centre. I would stay again
We stayed here with our 1 year old daughter. Location was excellent. Not just for sightseeing but also the street infront doesn't have many cars so it was safe for a kid to walk. Staff was friendly and had no problems helping us warm food for our daughter. Room was clean. Shower is quite slippery so careful with that. We tried the saunas and pool which was very relaxing. Restaurant had affordable breakfast and snack anytime.
Loved our stay, rooms very basic and could do with TLC, long beds very comfy, nice to open doors with mini balcony for fresh air although air con if you prefer fantastic location in old town by the Cathedral. Spa downstairs is very good

Amazing service ! would love to stay here again, clean Single room with really hot water in the shower ( appreciated April 22nd when raining) , aircon works great, great location, quiet, Breakfast included in their restaurant , Book Christina in the Hotel Spa for a massage 50 Minutes - she’s an expert in what Pilgrims need , and she’s extremely talented and Professional! Fantastic experience to just take the elevator down without the Hotel to the Spa and get an amazing treatment for your body , when walking the Camino!
