This review is specifically for the Spa Circuit. This was my second time coming to the spa after having a wonderful 1st experience. However this second experience was not what we expected and hoped for. We were disappointed to find out the Spa facilities had not been maintained. The jacuzzi was freezing cold as well as the pool. Some of the massage feature in the pool were broken as well. The Finnish Hammam also was out of service (we were told this has been broken for over 3 months now). The spa staff never made a point of telling us about the issues with the spa. We feel taken advantage of and like we did not recieve our money's worth. When its freezing cold outside, no one wants to get in a cold jacuzzi or cold pool. When we brought these issues to the attention of the staff they offered no compensation or apology. Very disappointed in what was supposed to be a day of relaxation. Will not be returning nor recommending.
I give two stars because the restaurant is ok. The room is terrible, super small and looks over the roof at a wall. The service is terrible, the staff has no interest in assisting guests. The spa isn’t with 1 Euro (costs 15), nothing works , the spa isn’t even hot, musty and moldy with zero support from staff. This was the worst place that we stayed on the Camino. Leon is wonderful though . This pic is how they went “out of their way” to accommodate us. A room next to their office and service entrance that kept us up all night with doors slamming . The noble way to service your clients would to either refund the night I booked (I booked two hours before we arrived and it was obvious that I mistakenly put in the wrong dates in December) or to credit for the night you do graciously provided this broom closet. I know for a fact that it is completely in your power to ask booking.com to refund the customer. I’m usually forgiving since I own a boutique hotel but I hope it was worth the $80 that you made off of us :)
Aug 2025 -Stayed here whilst cycling the Camino . Great location , room , and they provided us a lockable storage area in the basement garage for our bicycles . The Spa was terrific and everything worked , It was a welcome treat for tired bodies . Good food and breakfast . Only complaint was one of the bar staff was a rude individual but there is always one ;) . Thank You

Nice hotel near Leon Cathedral. Clean, good size room. Service was good from reception. Spa not open when visiting as work was being done on it. Would stay again and recommend.
