Cars not allowed near hotel, had to drag luggage several blocks uphill. Hotel difficult to locate. Not given entry code and no sign in any language giving instructions. Unable to gain access for several hours. Had room facing extremely busy street. Loud noise ALL night long. Got zero sleep. Reception desk in another hotel several blocks away, also difficult to find. Scheduled to stay another night, unable to cancel.

Very nice hospitality . Good location . I love this place. I sure next time to stay here.

People should know that this property don't have front desk and the person you deal with has cero customer service be very careful when you book otherwise will happen the same to us 3 people sleeping in one bed and sharing the towels .

The location is unbeatable. The first impression we had of the room also, we wrote a positive Feedback as we entered through the door (cleanliness, order, decoration...). As we spent more time, we realized that basic things were missing or in short supply (soap to clean dishes, only two rolls of toilet paper for two adults in a 4-day stay, no garbage bags, lack of kitchen paper …Normally in other places we have visited, they have the detail of leaving you a little oil, because in 4 days no one consumes a full bottle). In short, it is a room for a long stay and you can make the utensils you buy profitable. We are going to have an almost entire bottle of fairy soap left over, 4 pieces of paper, an almost full bottle of oil, garbage bags and a long etcetera.

We have stayed, 2 adults and 2 children, ages 12 and 7, in the deluxe apartment, it is a very well renovated and very well used penthouse where we have been very comfortable. You access the portal and the door of your apartment with a security code, upon entering you find a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker... a spacious living room with a large sofa and magnificent windows with blinds that work with automatic controls, the views from them of all the roofs of the city or of the cathedral itself, spectacular... then there is a bathroom with a shower and another bathroom with a shower, in one of the rooms with a double bed. and then there is another room with two beds and a built-in wardrobe...the perfect cleanliness of the apartment. Then the apartment is very central, it has the San Pedro parking lot that you have to pay for parking and then walking from there it is 3.4 minutes walk, it is called the wide street and it is full of restaurants and shops of all kinds, if you want to go You can walk to everything in the Barrio Humedo or the Barrio Romantico in about 5 minutes, and you have the cathedral almost attached to the portal. Regarding the noise, in my case you couldn't hear anything, because my windows faced the interior patio and not the street, come on, I am delighted with this experience and I will repeat it for sure.
