Unable to gain access for several hours. Had room facing extremely busy street. Loud noise ALL night long. Got zero sleep. Reception desk in another hotel several blocks away, also difficult to find. Scheduled to stay another night, unable to cancel.
1 / 5 People should know that this property don't have front desk and the person you deal with has cero customer service be very careful when you book otherwise will happen the same to us 3 people sleeping in one bed and sharing the towels .
3 / 5 The location is perfect and the room itself is very nice, but I think whoever manages it doesn't take very good care of the apartments. We received a message that we could check in, and when we arrived (about 45 minutes later), they were cleaning the room, which didn't make sense. We also found it very strange that the refrigerator had food left over from previous guests. A few other things weren't clean either, but since we were only there for two nights, we didn't want to dwell on it.
3 / 5 Nice apartment, well located, and reasonably priced. The cleanliness could be improved. The carpet was quite dirty, with stains, and the kitchen counter needed wiping, for example. What I liked least was the lack of amenities. For instance, there were no napkins or dish towels. There was only one wine glass and two tumblers without a sponge to wash them. No teaspoons. No toaster. The freezer compartment, already small, was full of frost, and the door wouldn't close because of it. Only two small rolls of toilet paper (one of them partially used) for two people for two days.
5 / 5 I'm going to talk about this place without having been there, but to highlight its service and human quality. Due to a family problem, I was unable to go to León on the scheduled date. I gave them early notice to cancel the room, and for me, the best detail I've ever had was that they made it easy for me to cancel without charge. For me, it was an incredible gesture.
It's true that it was due to an unforeseen event, and I would have paid for the accommodation without a problem, since it was my fault, not the establishment's, but the detail strikes me as a human quality worthy of note.
