The facilities were minimal and it wasn't the most clean of a place either. But my stay was horrid due to the amount of heavy snorers that stayed the same night. Because all the bunks are essentially in the same large auditory space, it was a symphony of echoing snores the entire night. If you're a light sleep, stay away.
I'm not sure how this place has such high reviews. Half the showers don't have hot water so ask someone ahead of you. The bunk beds are so unstable, I thought I was going to fall climbing up and down. The place is wide open from first to second floor so everything echoes. The only good thing is our side was next to a handicap bathroom so we could have some privacy. I would not stay here again. I have been in other municipal albergues that were much better.
Great old Cathedral! My first experience in an alberque this large and I slept so well. Clean! Expect older baths, but ppl were easy and courteous.
You just hear everything 😂 Very annoyed that you aren't allowed to fill up your water bottle! Come on let people fill up their bottles But loved it anyway
A clean and simple albergue in a great location. Can't expect much more.
