Spectacular, nothing else can be said Ayla Town Hall is literally about 20 steps from the Pamplona Town Hall Square, yesssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss to the San Fermín chupinazo. The apartment itself is beautiful, it has an elevator, a fairly spacious living room with two balconies and a very comfortable large sofa, a small kitchen area with everything you need and very new kitchenware. On the upper floor you have a very spacious bedroom with a huge bed and a quality mattress with two balconies as well, you also have the bathroom with a large shower and very good water pressure. It is very well insulated from noise, but you are in the center so it is normal to hear some noise from the street. The super nice and kind owner helps you at all times and responds quickly. If I have the opportunity I will return here without hesitation. I RECOMMEND IT 100%
Ayla Ayuntamiento is an accommodation in which we had a priori placed good expectations, based on the comments we had read on the Internet, but in the end they were not met. The apartment has a central location, in the old town, next to the town hall. It is located on the first floor that faces the outside. The bedroom and living room face Calle Nueva. This is important to know if you are going with the idea of resting, since it is a busy and noisy street, especially at parties or on weekends. The apartment does not have air conditioning. It only has two fans and in August we are very hot; If you opened the windows you couldn't rest, due to the noise. The property has two floors. On the ground floor are the living room and kitchen. To access the bedroom, and the only bathroom in the house, you have to climb some steep stairs. There is no toilet on the ground floor. This is an aspect to take into account for people with reduced mobility and from the point of view of accessibility.
Super nice apartment with all the essentials and the organization of the accommodation very well. For those who have problems with reduced motility, you must take into account that there are stairs to climb in the room and to the only bathroom.
