Spectacular, nothing else can be said. Ayla Town Hall is literally about 20 steps from Pamplona's Town Hall Square, yes, the square where the San Fermín chupinazo (fireworks) takes place. The apartment itself is beautiful. It has an elevator, a fairly spacious living room with two balconies and a very comfortable sofa, a small kitchenette with everything you need and brand new kitchenware. Upstairs, you have a very spacious bedroom with a huge bed and a quality mattress, and two balconies. There's also a bathroom with a large shower and great water pressure. It's very well insulated from noise, but you're right in the city center, so it's normal to hear some street noise. The owner is super friendly and helpful, always helpful and responds quickly. If I have the chance, I'll come back here without hesitation. I RECOMMEND IT 100%.
Ayla Ayuntamiento is an accommodation we initially had high expectations for, based on online reviews, but ultimately, they weren't met. The apartment is centrally located in the old town, next to the town hall. It's on the first floor and faces the street. The bedroom and living room overlook Calle Nueva. This is important to know if you're looking for a quiet place to stay, as it's a busy and noisy street, especially during festivals or weekends. The apartment doesn't have air conditioning. It only has two fans, and in August, it was very hot; opening the windows made it impossible to sleep due to the noise. The property has two floors. The living room and kitchen are on the ground floor. To access the bedroom and the only bathroom in the house, you have to climb a steep staircase. There's no toilet on the ground floor. This is something to consider for people with reduced mobility and from an accessibility standpoint.
