The rental was great, clean and just like the photos. The kitchen came with all the basic appliances you would need, the condo was well maintained. I would only suggest an extra bed blankets for the winter or colder evenings, and some more warm tone lamps for reading throughout the apartment and coziness. We loved the location with the balcony was beautiful. I would definitely stay there again as it’s conveniently located to the beach and the city with all the bus routes to the airport as well just down the road from the apartment. The only other thing I would say - is really the apartment is located on top of a very steep mountaintop neighborhood. You can easily drive up or walk up to the address. But I cannot recommend this location for anyone with disabilities or a wheelchair.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb. The apartment was well-equipped and very comfortable. It’s located in a quiet area, yet close to public transportation, which made getting around very easy. I would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again.

Disappointing stay despite the great location and positive reviews We booked this apartment because of its excellent location and the many good reviews, so we were really looking forward to our stay with friends. Unfortunately, we encountered a significant issue with the apartment as soon as we arrived. We reported it immediately, but the support we received was very poor. Because of the problem, we were unable to spend much time in the apartment, which really affected what was meant to be a fun and relaxing trip. We booked an apartment so we could prepare some meals, keep costs down, and spend time there during the day. Instead, we had to spend extra time and money finding alternative places to be, as the apartment was only suitable to sleep in — and even that was not particularly comfortable. Overall, the lack of timely support and the unresolved issue made the stay very disappointing. It’s a shame, because the location is great — although very noisy at night — but our experience did not match the reviews we relied on.

Great appartment very clean and ideally located. The support by Clabao is nothing but excellent, I highly recommend this appartment. 2 big rooms and a cozy convertible sofa. The beds are very comfortable and the bathroom is brand new like the rest of the appartment

Great apartments - súper modern while being in a historic old building, great facilities, lots of space. Inés was really helpful throughout, both via WhatsApp to help with checkin and in person when she helped us get a taxi to the wedding we were attending. Without her, we may not have made it! Thank you :)
