Nice hotel in the center. Reception is not open 24hr but they helped us through WhatsApp for early check in. Rooms were clean and comfortable. There was a filtered water machine in the lobby which was very useful. It is located on a pedestrian road but there is a parking garage nearby which is not very expensive.
Perfect location for a modern hostal. First of all a very friendly hostal with service minded staff. We could store our luggage a couple of hours after checking out. Modern design with all you need. The restaurant street calle San Nicolas is just around the corner. Surprisingly quiet at night time. We stayed for two nights and enjoyed it a lot. We will be back for sure. Walking distance within city center max 15 min.

Everything was good except that there was no hot water. I paid a lot of money just to not have a shower. I would never stay there again.
We arrived at the hostel to find a dirty wet bathroom floor with hairs of a previous guest on the ground. After swiping the floor with one of the towels, we did end up taking a shower but the drain was clogged — we were so disgusted we ended up leaving and booking a room elsewhere. The only redeeming factor was the receptionist, who was kind and gracious throughout this experience. Regardless, you can find better places at similar price ranges, so would not recommend taking the risk.
