Quite a comfortable hostel, with a more spacious communal area than many other hostels I've experienced. Good location for anyone walking the Camino de Santiago. Plenty of eating places nearby.
The location is second to none. The rooms are rather compact, but all beds have their own charging socket and light. The showers and bathroom are decent. The laundry service is brilliant, they do it for you. A nice open kitchen area with free tea & coffee. And the location is second to none. You are literally a few metres opposite the Cathedral. The cafe opposite to the right is reasonably priced and offers some lovely lunchtime food. The price for such a location is unbelievable.
+) Their sarcastic response is really the worst. Fix it to 1 star. The hostel said the locker was working, but my locker wasn't locked, and I left my bag outside. The ants found it as soon as I arrived, and I found a lot in the lobby this morning. If this happens often, the hostel needs to take action. Also, I said I found my socks on my own. I didn't call. I didn't read the reviews properly and was disappointed with the very bad attitude It was not a great experience. Locker was broken, there were tons of ants just right next to my bed( they cleaned after i told but it looks like the hostel is not managing well), room was cold, they turned back only one sock from laundry and i find it back by myself from dryer. People were noisy at the lobby late at night, and there was nobody handled these things. Otherwise, the location is perfect.
The accommodation stands out for its excellent location – right on the Camino de Santiago, in the historic old town, and next to the cathedral. Perfect for pilgrims and city travelers alike. The layout is well thought out, and the shared spaces, especially the kitchen, are functional and inviting. Access via door code is convenient and hassle-free. However, there are a few downsides: There is only one bathroom, which can lead to waiting times when the place is full. The shower room has no window, making ventilation difficult. The bunk beds are quite shaky and could use more stability. During summer it gets very hot inside – even with the windows open, there is no air conditioning, which makes sleeping uncomfortable in warm weather. Overall: A well-located and practical place to stay with good common areas, though there is room for improvement in comfort and facilities.
Great location and confortable, quiet place. Used the kitchen to make dinner with friends. Good internet.
