Reception staff are friendly, helpful and multi-lingual. Hotel location is 10 minutes walk to Old Town along the old walls with views and quiet for sleep. Room has lots of sockets for charging devices. Key card access for security, very clean and bed is comfortable. Breakfast is good value.
Hotel is in a quiet corner next to a park, yet in closed proximity to the old city. It’s nice to have your own bathroom and hot water after a long pilgrimage walk. Breakfast is plentiful with ham cheese, sausage, Spanish omelette, different kinds of bread, OJ, yogurt Service is extremely friendly and efficient.
Very nice value for the money. The beds in our room were a bit short - if you are above 180 cm. Also we had to separate beds into each other. They could have been strapped together. They kept sliding away from eachother. A bit noise from other rooms. The breakfast is ok except for the coffee. 4-5 stars considered the price.
The hotel has a great atmosphere, and the rooms have great bathroom facilities as well as an excellent view of the city. The hotel is located in the outskirts of the old town close to the start of the Route of the Bulls, and in walking distance of a lot of great food establishments and a lovely park. The train station and the bus station are both a 20 minute walk from the hotel.
Located at the quiet end of Pamplona's old town, there is a lot to like about this old hotel. The staff are very helpful and friendly and the price of €80 per night for a double room with en-suite is very good value ... this includes an excellent buffet breakfast and a very good wi-fi connection. We had a wonderful view from the 5th floor of sunsets over the mountains. The rooms and facilities are not as slick & modern as most hotels these days and could perhaps be described as "shabby chic". I'd have awarded another star but the corner of our room was adjacent to the elevator and we were woken both mornings by its clangs and beeps from 6.30am... if booking here, it would be wise to avoid a room with a zero - i.e. 10, 20, 30, 40 and 50 as these all will be affected by this issue. So although a little rough around the edges, I would not hesitate to book here again.
