Hotel Europa is just few meters away from Plaza del Castillo and yet it is in a quiet position that does not suffer from the excessive noise of nearby streets. Rooms are small but clean and very well equipped. The breakfast is rich and varied and the service of a good level. The hotel also has a Michelin-starred restaurant on the premises. A very highly recommended hotel!
Great place to stay right in the city center with a comfortable paid parking option available in a nearby garage. I would appreciate some poultry ham for breakfast, but other than that all was great, even some gluten-free options were available. Our room had a comfortable bed, great WiFi connection and was very quiet too which I enjoyed being in the center. The only thing I would change are the plastic cups for tea/coffee in the room. As I was working from there, I asked and borrowed the ceramic ones from the restaurant though. Can recommend to anyone visiting Pamplona!
I wish I had stayed a few more nights here, really enjoyed my stay. Staff were nice and their breakfast was not too bad either. The room was warm and comfortable. They have lifts but there are stairs up to the front desk from the street. There’s not that many of them or as steep as some of the comments are saying. Mild inconvenience if you have lots of luggage. Great location too and they had a kettle in the room which was very much appreciated.
Central hotel with clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Kettle, fridge and safe. Rooms were cold when we arrived but staff immediately provided heating which was very effective. Great breakfast.
