Nice hotel. Friendly staff, bilingual. Rooms are like most European very small. Lots of noise but I was there for San fermin festival (singing, dancing and drinking in streets all night long) not hotels fault and that's why I was there. Good staff, food and bar.
Great location, breakfast, bacon not cooked eggs cold. Biggest complaint is internet is very sloooooow, TV does not work as no internet. Bed comfortable, room clean, laundry expensive.
Rooms are clean, the staff is friendly. The only complaint I have is there is no coffee maker nor hot water kettle inside of room. I had to go down to the lobby to ask for hot water and they only gave me a tiny cup.
Excellent service during the festival of San Fermin when the town was at its busiest. Wonderful breakfast and hotel bar. Great location. Would definitely stay here again.
A bit of luxury after day 3 on the Camino. Smiling face at reception, helpful and efficient. Rooms are a great size and everything works as it should. Beds are super comfortable. Food options look delicious.Now I'm going to have a siesta.
