Hotel Pompaelo Urban Spa ****

Budget hotel in a great location in the old town, near all the eateries and shops. It was quiet (well sound proofed) and very comfortable. It lost a star for lack of tea and coffee making facilities in the room, there is an on site cafe, but it was closed when we arrived (late afternoon).

i love this hotel service, but i gave 4star for service becauseof the disappointing massage. The hotel reception is very friendly and kind to give us advice for discounted parking garage, helpful and professional cleaningin room. I will come back to this hotel but i won't take massage again. I often have massage but here i got very low skilled massage....it is like fingers touching my back, if you expect a professional massage, please take care of my words.

Enjoyed my 2-night stay at this hotel. Centrally located with great staff! 👌🏽. The room is called a kingsize deluxe … but it’s the bed that’s big,not the room. I would have appreciated a room on a higher floor as my first floor room looked out onto the street and so had to keep my curtains closed the whole Teo days - daytime especially as people could look in… meant I didn’t get any daylight. The spa is and obligatory private booking and for €25 for just 45 mins… maybe worth it if you are travelling with others…

I took one spa+massage sesion in this hotel, and the service was totally amaizing. The massage that I receive in legs and back was spectacular and It help me to reduce the strees that I suffer on my body.

Excellent hotel in the middle of all the action. It is modern with very comfortable beds and lindens. The bath is large and all the amenities. Best of all it has an excellent spa with jacuzzi, hot sauna and steam sauna. Aintzane was my masseuse. Request her if possible, she’s excellent.
