We were pleased with the rooms and the location, but deeply disappointed by the fact that the spa was closed! We arrived Sunday around 3, and the spa had just closed. That was fine, the receptionist told us to just go down there the next day at 10 to book something, so we were not concerned. We went to the spa at 10 the next day, and were very disappointed to find that it was closed for regularly scheduled cleaning. This was not advertised online anywhere that we could find, nor did the hotel let us know when we checked in or booked our rooms. It seems important that the spa element of a hotel that literally advertised it in the name be available.
Budget hotel in a great location in the old town, near all the eateries and shops. It was quiet (well sound proofed) and very comfortable. It lost a star for lack of tea and coffee making facilities in the room, there is an on site cafe, but it was closed when we arrived (late afternoon).
Enjoyed my 2-night stay at this hotel. Centrally located with great staff! 👌🏽. The room is called a kingsize deluxe … but it’s the bed that’s big,not the room. I would have appreciated a room on a higher floor as my first floor room looked out onto the street and so had to keep my curtains closed the whole Teo days - daytime especially as people could look in… meant I didn’t get any daylight. The spa is and obligatory private booking and for €25 for just 45 mins… maybe worth it if you are travelling with others…
We really enjoyed this hotel for it's unbeatable location, the neatly clean room with great shower, super comfortable bed and nice view, the personal and dedicated service received from all employees... What can be improved is the opening time for the spa, we booked Sunday-Monday and the spa closes Sunday and Monday during the morning. Another thing would be vegan options for breakfast, nowadays non-dairy options should be available without having to request them. Also freshly prepared tomato would have been nice. The amenities in the room could be in re-fillable bottled instead of plastic bags you need to open with your teeth in the shower! Overall a great stay, the money we paid was worth the experience and we'll be back!
Excellent hotel in the middle of all the action. It is modern with very comfortable beds and lindens. The bath is large and all the amenities. Best of all it has an excellent spa with jacuzzi, hot sauna and steam sauna. Aintzane was my masseuse. Request her if possible, she’s excellent.
