Pamplona hostel

one big room where everyone sleeps, not a problem per se. mainly for people doing the camino, I certainly wouldn't recommend for a casual stay. you only get an extremely thin set of bedclothes, but only for the pillow and the mattress, nothing for the blanket, so I just slept with my own jacket (and it was cold). there were also people hanging around in the lobby until late that didn't seem to be travelers nor guests, and in the morning I saw that they eventually stayed in the room as well. also, some poor guy who used the accessible restroom couldn't get out anymore because the handle broke, and it took quite a while until someone arrived (wasn't too early in the morning though). do yourself a favor and go somewhere else :)

Eskerrik asko, Iñaki! Amazing place to stay. Very comfortable, the location is perfect, and the staff is super friendly and helpful.

Loved it, ideally located on the camino a minutes walk from the city centre. The host was friendly and welcoming. The hostel is very clean and well laid out and the facilities are great

Will NEVER stay here, absolutely disgraceful and dishonest owners. A horrific experience dealing with this hostel, who intentionally make profits screwing over international travellers who they think they will never see again and therefore think they do not need to issue the refund owed. Recommend staying well clear.

Couldn’t have been more disappointed in the service provided by Pamplona Hostel. Said they would provide a refund and have refused to respond after saying they would. I’ve been completely ghosted. Doesn’t sound like it’s the first time this has happened. Beware ALL
