5 stars. Very honest man who works there. I left my wallet there with very valuable things in it. He ran after me to try and find me but couldn’t. By then I was close to being in a different country when I realized I lost it. We then stay in communication to find a location to send it. I was able to receive my wallet in one of the countries I was headed to with everything in it. 5 stars for the honest man who ran to find me, hep me get my wallet back and who paid for the shipping;). Would highly recommend.
My stay at Albergue de Pamplona-Iruñako was a wonderful respite during my pilgrimage to Santiago de Compostela. The hostel is located in the charming old part of the city, making it a picturesque and convenient stop. The bunk beds offered privacy and security, which were much appreciated after a long day's walk. The prices were fair, reflecting good value for the comfort and amenities provided. Highly recommend for pilgrims seeking a restful and secure place to recharge.
It was good but after I met Señor Iñaki it became High level in everything (Reception, Energy, Professional,Service) Thank u so much, it was a gorgeous experience there.
Lovely hostel, staff was very friendly and helpful, will stay again, much gracias
The cleanliness of the hostel was great - you have everything you need, even shampoo and towels, free of charge. The small kitchen was nice too and had knives, utensils, plates, etc. The only thing was, I never saw anyone at the front desk! I don't even know how/if I checked in. I stayed there for two days and spent a lot of time in the common area/by the front desk, and never saw anyone. I would recommend this place because it was clean and had a good location, but it was slightly off-putting and a little eerie that no one was ever at the front desk.
