New apartment, very well located in a quiet area yet close to restaurants and attractions. We had all the necessary amenities. We were allowed to check in two hours early, and the lady we spoke to was very friendly and efficient. We booked parking for the 10 days, 50 meters from the apartment, and it was perfect for accessing with our suitcases and stroller. Thank you for the cleaning and towel changes. We had a problem, and they resolved it immediately. You'll be our first choice on our trips to Pamplona.
My husband gave me a weekend in Pamplona as a gift, and he booked with you. He couldn't have made a better choice; everything was spotless and brand new, right in the heart of Pamplona. We were very well looked after and received excellent advice from the host, who is highly recommended. We were very happy, and this time we were finally able to enjoy it, as last year we had to cancel due to a family matter. They didn't give us any trouble at all and refunded our money. Thanks again, and we'll definitely be back. By the way, Pamplona is a wonderful city, full of history and very welcoming; you'll want to return to any place you visit.

It's an excellent option for those who want to enjoy Pamplona in comfort, peace, and flexibility. We'll definitely be back!
A very well-located apartment in the center of Pamplona. It has a super spacious and really comfortable bed; the apartment is adequately sized and the decor is functional. But aside from this, there's little else that deserves a good review. The apartment smelled really bad. It only had two casement windows with opaque glass, but they only opened with a small opening at the top, so you couldn't even tell if you were facing the street or a courtyard; you couldn't see anything. Furthermore, those windows, with such a small opening, didn't allow for proper ventilation of the apartment. The smell of sewage was absolutely unbearable. I stayed there for 10 days; they didn't change the sheets even once, and I managed to get the towels changed after requesting them three times, and that was after 7 days of staying there. The apartment is paid for in advance, and they require an exorbitant €300 deposit, which I didn't know about until check-in. Contact with the apartment managers was limited to WhatsApp, which was inefficient, despite the friendly service provided by the person who assisted us; friendly, yes, but clearly impractical. If I return to Pamplona, I know where I won't stay again.
Choosing Linda Pamplona was a fantastic decision! The location, right in the heart of the old town, is unbeatable. You can easily walk to the most iconic areas, such as the Town Hall Square, the bull run route, the Cathedral, and Plaza del Castillo. The apartment itself was incredibly comfortable, with decor that could inspire our own homes, all within a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. I don't think you can say anything better about accommodation when you're a tourist than that we felt completely at home. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the bathrooms were spacious and in perfect condition, the cleanliness was impeccable, and it felt like every last detail had been considered to make us feel right at home in the center of Pamplona. We would definitely return and recommend it!
