I was very pleased with my choice of this place. The room was newly renovated, with a comfortable bed and mattress. The bathroom was super clean (also brand new). The staff was very kind and helpful.

I come to Gijón regularly and found it very comfortable, central, and clean. They offer daily room service, make your bed, and change your towels. The hotel is brand new, built in 2025. It has a large TV, air conditioning, a window, a mini-fridge, a water heater, and a waterfall shower. They don't have a hairdryer in the room, but apparently you can request one at reception. I found online check-in and key entry very convenient and practical. I'll definitely come back when I return; I already have a favorite place to stay!

A hotel that offers excellent value for money. The service was fantastic; I even booked the wrong date and only realized it after I'd paid and the day had passed. They gave me a 50% discount when I paid on the day I actually arrived—a very nice gesture. Don't expect anything fancy or luxurious, but the room is perfectly adequate, with a bed, TV, wardrobe, safe, and refrigerator. The bathroom is new and has a shower, which is great. The service was excellent, the receptionist was very friendly, and the location is also very good. 100% recommended.

100% recommended New, clean, comfortable, and functional rooms. Everything is spotless. The receptionist told us it had recently opened. The location is good, centrally located and within walking distance of many places of interest. The staff is very attentive and friendly. Parking was difficult, even when we were there during the week; we had to park in a paid parking lot. There was some noise from a nearby establishment, but otherwise, it was wonderful.

From 2:00 PM until 8:30 AM the following day, I encountered: - A cockroach 🪳 in the room (as soon as I arrived). - I was cold. - The power went out for 10 minutes throughout the entire building. Yes, I reported this to the accommodation. - The solution for the cockroach was simply to remove the dead cockroach and apologize; they didn't even offer a room change. - Regarding the temperature, they only informed me that "the temperature is based on the demand of all guests." - Regarding the power outage, the response was: "It was reported that the power went out at 6:43 PM and by 6:54 PM the incident was resolved." Interest in minimizing inconvenience: zero. Compensation: none. Customer service: poor. And what's more, I had to resend the email requesting a refund for another reservation I made before I knew how this worked, because they hadn't responded to Booking.com in two days. Judge for yourselves. Meanwhile, here's my "silent film" explaining that the cockroach fell when I closed the curtain. And showing the darkness. Oh, and at night you'll be amazed by the noises of dishes, footsteps, people talking—I don't know what they have above the "hotel," but it's pretty noisy.
