The business is clear, before it was a L50 rental, now it's a sale. What a bad image they give, it's not worth the rent, even clearer... with the price they've raised, they're not going to stick to the offered price, it's better to sell... what a shame, disappointing that they did this, I suppose they can... that's why they do it. At first glance, the things they build look very nice, but at least the social housing they construct... is terrible. Zero quality; they must have used the cheapest materials on the market. Oh, and don't let anything happen to your apartment, because they answer the phone at first, but if the shoddy job they do to "fix" the problem doesn't work, and you have dampness again (like we did), and you call again, they block your number!
A company that leaves much to be desired. In the midst of the economic crisis due to COVID, raising rents by 40% in a working-class neighborhood seems miserable and exploitative. And when it comes to construction, the quality you sell leaves much to be desired... unlicensed pools, damp, cracks... in short, NEVER AGAIN WITH CAMPSITES.
Some scoundrels, after offering the building L50 for rent, now leave people in the lurch and keep the documentation that was sent to them 3 months after delivery. Now they say they do not receive state aid and when you go to the office they hide like rats. Rude and I am being conservative. Never again will this construction company. Lack of information and lack of interest in selling. You have to be behind them when they should be the ones behind the scenes selling it to you. They don't make things easy for you. Quite the contrary. Sometimes they don't even answer, or if they do, it's to tell you they'll talk later. A company with very little seriousness for the type of profession they have.
