It’s a very nice Hotel, central very well appointed with good reception staff. The only negative is the walls are paper thin, noises and conversations can be heard from the next room, without any effort. If you wanted an early night, that wasn’t possible.
Good location, clean, but the customer service is awful ! In my room, heating was not working, even though they knew, they waited to complain about it before taking any measures. They offered a very noisy heater and promised to address this second day! Nothing happened and the "receptionist" was suggesting to add a blanket on top, if cold "since we are not in Russia" or give money back, at 8.30 PM! Single room is small and needs to be refurbished!
Place was small but clean & comfortable, the manager was very nice and helpful. More of a pension than a full hotel but just what we wanted in a good location.
Clean and convenient family-run hotel just round the corner of the bus station. Love this place! Look at the pics attached. The staff knows where are all the great food places around!
